Rates: $190 Per Night or $1000 Per Week, Cleaning fee $80 per stay Plus 11% tax $100 REFUNDABLE security deposit
Terms: Booking is not confirmed until full payment is received by cash or check.
Cancellation Policy: Booking is refundable up to 60 days prior to booking Booking is 50% refundable from 30-59 days prior to booking No cancellations less than 30 days prior to booking
Policies: No Smoking is allowed No Pets are allowed Checkin Time 4:00 PM, Checkout Time is 10:00 AM unless prior arrangements made. Linens are included Sheets should be stripped and put by washer before leaving Dishes should be washed or in dishwasher running before leaving
